How did you install the LED injection molding module? Is there a quick and easy way to install it?

The installation of the LED injection molding module needs to prepare the corresponding tools, screwdriver, insulating tape, cutting pliers, ST2.9x10mm self-tapping screw, glass glue.

Install the modules according to the corresponding density (refer to the "Labeling Light Source Application Manual" for specific density requirements). Note that modules with different box numbers cannot be mixed.

1) Clean the installation surface of the light box and the inside of the advertising sign, as well as the LED injection molding module.

2) Separate the LED injection molding module with a blade, tear off the double-sided adhesive centrifugal paper, and install it visually according to the corresponding density.

3) Connect the main line, and adjust the power supply wiring of individual LED injection molding modules according to the actual wiring situation, but the number of modules linked on the same power supply main line should not exceed the maximum number of cascades. The power supply can be increased to 1.5 times at the same time.

4) Paste it into the light box or advertising logo for initial fixation, and then use ST2.9x10mm self-tapping screws to lock it, or use glass glue on both sides of the module to fix it.

5) It is strictly forbidden to use any acidic or alkaline adhesive to fix the product (including but not limited to glass glue, etc.).
