Installation method:

①Prepare the screws and fixing buckles   ②Adjust the fixing buckles to the appropriate position, use a screwdriver to drive in the screws, and fix them      ④The lamp body is completely embedded in the fixing buckle, and the light-emitting surface is parallel to the upper edge of the fixing buckle

Block the incision:

①Cut and insert the fixing buckle at a suitable position   ②After cutting   ③Apply sealant evenly on the cut opening   ④Push the plug in the direction shown by the arrow  ⑤Use Quickly dry the plug with hot air or dry it naturally, to ensure that the installation is firm   ⑥The installation effect of the plug is completed

Notes for bending light bars:

When installing the light strip, please note that not all directions can be bent. For the shape, size and direction of the bending, please follow the illustration below to avoid damage to the light strip. ①Facing the light-emitting surface, the light bar is folded and bent in half (as shown in the picture), the minimum bending diameter is 40mm  ②The light-emitting surface is naturally upward, and the light bar can be naturally curved left and right, (as shown in the picture) The minimum bending diameter is 50mm  ③ Facing the side of the light bar, (as shown in the picture) please do not bend the light bar downwards, so as not to damage the light bar.   ④Face the side of the light bar, (as shown in the picture), please do not bend the light bar upwards, so as not to damage the light bar.

This product uses low-voltage DC power supply, and must use AC-DC switching power supply for voltage conversion before use! It is strictly forbidden to connect the LED light bar directly with AC110V or AC220V AC mains voltage, otherwise it will damage the light bar and may cause a safety accident!

Notes:

※The main power cable should use more than 2x1.5mm2 cable. If the power cable of the straight light needs to be lengthened, it must use a wire with a specification of 0.75mm2/18# or above, so as to avoid overloading the power cable and cause the power cable to overheat and cause adverse consequences. Switch the power supply and the straight light The length of the power line between the two cables should not exceed 3 meters, otherwise the line loss will increase and the total power will increase;

※When installing the neon light, screw the screw into the hole of the fixing frame and lock it;

※When the wire conductor is exposed at the tail end of the flexible light bar, first use the diagonal pliers to strip the wire about 10mm, and screw it into the terminal for insulation protection;

※In order to ensure waterproof and anti-corrosion, after the power cord is screwed into the terminal, it is recommended to inject one-component silica gel (or neutral glass glue, or waterproof grease) into the terminal to cover the exposed copper wire of the power cord for protection;

※Please do not touch or work with electricity on this product; it is recommended to use a switching power supply that has passed the relevant safety regulations (with short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and over-current protection).
